Hiring & safety: post-offer testing and ergonomics to prevent the injury before it happens.
Our occupational health program for employers, case managers, physicians, and insurers: hiring screens, injury prevention, on-site treatment, and return-to-work, handled by nationally certified therapists.
What It Is
Excel Physical Therapy in Lodi is also headquarters for Excel OccuPro, our occupational health program. It brings physical and occupational therapists together with employers, case managers, physicians, and insurers to run one coordinated program of care instead of a string of disconnected referrals.
That partnership follows a workers’ comp continuum we know well: hiring, safety, injury, recovery, and closure. Every evaluation and every report is handled by nationally certified therapists, so the documentation holds up for everyone who needs to rely on it, from the adjuster to the treating physician.
The goal at every stage is the same one we bring to every patient at Excel: get the worker back to their job as quickly and safely as the evidence supports, with reporting clear enough that nobody has to guess where things stand.
