One-on-one, hands-on care with a physical therapist, every single visit: starting with a cause-first evaluation, not a guess.

One-on-one, every visit A plan with an endpoint Schedule My Appointment

What It Is

One evaluation. One plan. One person treating you.

Most pain has a real, findable cause. Not a diagnosis code, an actual mechanical reason your body is compensating, guarding, or breaking down in one specific spot. A cause-first evaluation is how we find it, before a single exercise gets assigned.

From there, every visit is one-on-one with a physical therapist. Not an aide, not a rotating tech, not fifteen minutes split three ways. The same person who evaluated you treats you, adjusts your plan, and tracks what’s actually changing.

Your plan follows the same four phases every time: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent. Each phase has a job and a way to know you’ve earned the next one, so you always know where you are and what’s left, not an open-ended string of appointments.

What It Helps

Where physical therapy shines.

If it hurts, if it’s stiff, or if you’ve quietly stopped doing it, a cause-first evaluation is where you find out why.

What A Session Looks Like

Three steps, one visit.

1

We assess how you actually move.

2

Hands-on treatment starts, same visit.

3

You leave knowing your plan.

Why It Works

Four reasons it earns a place in your plan.

One-on-one time with a physical therapist.

A cause-first evaluation, not a guess.

A plan with an endpoint you can see from day one.

Works with every phase, from pain to prevention.

Questions, Answered

Physical therapy, no mystery.

No. California allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can start without seeing a physician first. If your insurance requires paperwork from a doctor, we’ll handle tracking it down so it doesn’t hold up your first visit.

That’s a fair question, and it’s usually the model, not you. A lot of clinics rotate you through techs and hand you a generic sheet. Here, a physical therapist evaluates you, treats you, and adjusts your plan every single visit, so nothing gets lost between appointments.

Most patients feel meaningful change within 4–6 visits. Your plan runs through all four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, and Prevent, so you always know which phase you’re in and what’s left, not an open-ended string of appointments. Questions before then? Call us at (209) 207-0849.
