We test how you cut, sprint, and jump, not just how you feel.
For the knots that stretching, foam rolling, and time alone never touch: a precise release you can feel before you leave the room.
What It Is
Pain-free isn’t the same as ready. An athlete can walk around fine and still not be able to cut, sprint, or jump the way their sport demands. Sports rehab starts with a cause-first evaluation, then adds return-to-sport testing: cutting, sprinting, and jump mechanics measured against real benchmarks, not a guess about how you feel that day.
From there, your plan is built around your sport, your position, and where you are in your season. A pitcher’s shoulder rehab looks different from a soccer player’s hip rehab, and a plan built two months before playoffs looks different from one built in the off-season. You work one-on-one with a physical therapist who builds around what your sport actually asks of your body.
Prevention is baked into the plan from day one, not tacked on at the end. The same movement patterns that caused this injury are the ones most likely to cause the next one, so your last phase is built specifically to close that gap before you’re back on the field.
Built around your sport and season
What It Helps
If an injury is keeping you off the field, court, or track, this is how you get back on it, tested and ready, not just symptom-free.

Questions, Answered
No. We don’t clear you because your pain is gone, we clear you because you’ve passed return-to-sport testing: cutting, sprinting, and jump mechanics measured against real benchmarks for your sport. If you’re not there yet, we tell you exactly what’s left, not just when to come back.
Yes. A pitcher’s shoulder rehab and a soccer player’s hip rehab aren’t interchangeable, and neither are two plans built at different points in a season. We factor in your sport, your position, and your timeline before we ever write your exercises down.
Sports rehab is billed as physical therapy, so it’s covered the same way a standard PT plan is under most insurance. We verify your exact benefits before your first session, so there’s no surprise on your bill. Questions before then? Call us at (209) 207-0849.
