What You’ll Do

• Assist PTs in delivering individualized treatment plans
• Educate and support patients through exercises, modalities, and therapeutic techniques
• Monitor and document progress clearly and thoroughly
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and engaging care environment
• Keep treatment spaces organized and ready to go
• Stay current with best practices through ongoing development opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Licensed or license-eligible PTA in California
• Experience in outpatient ortho or neuro settings (preferred, not required)
• Solid understanding of musculoskeletal and rehab protocols
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and observational skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
• Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative, high-performing environment
