I grew up in the busy city of Bombay, India, where I completed my high school and college at the University of Mumbai, alongside pursuing my CFP®️ certification. I moved to the US to pursue my Masters in Finance at the University Of San Francisco, along with the prestigious CFA designation. I come from a core finance and business background. Coming from a family with over 15 doctors, I was always inclined to use my skill set in the healthcare industry.

Interning as an assistant business analyst at a big branding company in the textile industry while pursuing my bachelor’s in commerce and business in India drew me towards finance and business operations. After completing CFP®️, I worked as an Assistant Financial Planner at a financial management company to understand more about how money, as a fuel, helps an organization grow faster and quicker.

I am responsible for the Financial Planning and Management Accounting. I have noticed that patients face a lot of problems understanding their healthcare rights and responsibilities and even their own insurance policies at times. I wish the industry made a collective effort to ease accessibility for seniors and create awareness about these various catches that a consumer of healthcare faces every-time they render services.

I like the inclusive culture at Excel Physical Therapy for both the employees and for the community we operate in. The excellent and hardworking team of staff and doctors makes it possible for me to achieve my satisfaction of working in the healthcare field.
