As an individual hailing from Mumbai, I commenced my professional journey within the realm of eye care at an esteemed clinic. There, I honed my skills in front office management, adeptly handling scheduling, insurance authorization, and paperwork with precision. Transitioning to a leadership role, I spearheaded a preschool, showcasing proficiency in office management, public relations, and effective communication. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing admissions processes and addressing parent inquiries with finesse. Complementing my practical experience, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, further enriching my communication prowess and analytical acumen. I have a deep appreciation for working with both the elderly and children, as each group offers unique stories and perspectives that I find truly enriching.
